Most AliExpress dash cam guides, mine included, keep circling the same three brands: VIOFO, 70mai and AZDOME. But when I compared sold counts on AliExpress, two more names kept showing up near the top: DDPAI and KAWA. Here are the three models from that list that my main dash cam guide does not cover.
Quick verdict: the DDPAI Z60 Pro has the strongest track record of the three (4,000+ sales, 520 reviews), the DDPAI Z50 Pro is the better value, at about $86 for the front camera only or about $97 with the rear camera, and the KAWA D11 is only worth it if you want the rear camera and 64GB card in the box. Prices and sales below were checked on 2026-09-19 and move with AliExpress sales.
What makes a 4K dash cam from AliExpress worth buying?
Same checklist I use for every dash cam, applied to these three:
- A named brand selling from its own store, not an anonymous reseller.
- Sales and reviews for the specific listing, not a total shared across similar listings.
- A stated sensor and features written out (Sony STARVIS, GPS, Wi-Fi, ADAS), not just "4K" in the title.
- A warranty you can point to. DDPAI lists two years.
1. DDPAI Z60 Pro: The Best Overall Pick
The Z60 Pro is the model I would look at first. The listing shows a 4.9 rating from 520 reviews and 4,000+ sales, sold through the DDPAI Overseas Store with a 2-year warranty. It records in 4K HDR with a Sony STARVIS 2 sensor, and it has 5GHz Wi-Fi, GPS and ADAS alerts. 4G connectivity and a rear or interior camera are optional add-ons.
The $116.25 price I saw was for the 2-channel version without an SD card. Adding a card or a rear camera changes the price, so pick the variant carefully before checking out.
2. DDPAI Z50 Pro: The Best Value
The Z50 Pro is the older sibling, and for many drivers it is the smarter buy. The listing shows a 4.9 rating from 373 reviews and 600+ sales on this exact listing (DDPAI models overall are above 2,000). You still get a 3-inch IPS screen, 5GHz Wi-Fi, GPS, ADAS and 24-hour parking monitoring. The price was $85.70 when I checked, but that is the front-camera-only variant. The Front + Rear variant was $96.91, so pick the variant carefully before checking out.
What you give up against the Z60 Pro is the newer sensor. If most of your driving is in daylight or well-lit cities, you probably will not miss it.
3. KAWA D11: The Best Bundle (Rear Camera + Card Included)
KAWA is less known than DDPAI, so I was more careful with this one. The listing is from the KAWA Global Official Store and shows a 4.9 rating, but only 82 reviews and 338 sales. It is a 4K front and rear setup with a Sony Starvis sensor, GPS, Wi-Fi and AI-ISP colour night vision, and this variant includes a 64GB card and the rear camera. The price was $159.48.
That is a higher price than the Z60 Pro with much less proof behind it, so I would only pick the KAWA if the rear camera and included card matter to you.
Which One Should You Buy First?
For most people, the DDPAI Z50 Pro or Z60 Pro. Pick the Z60 Pro if you want the newer sensor and the strongest sales record of the three. Pick the Z50 Pro if you want to spend less. Keep the KAWA D11 for when the bundle is what you are after.
